The Social Shop is excited to provide social media support to businesses through our services registered with Activate Tamaki Makaurau (ATM) and the Regional Business Partner (RBP) Network. 

Through the Regional Business Partner Network, small and medium sized businesses may be eligible for a subsidy from 50% to 100% of the cost of business training and advice services (capped at $5,000 excl. GST per year).

Great social media starts with smart strategy. Working 1:1 with our agency specialists, we'll train you to develop a 6-month social media strategy, content plan and social brand guide, 100% tailored to your business & marketing objectives from start-to-finish. Our support will give you the social media plan, path and success tools you’ve been searching for. You’ll leave knowing how to replicate our social media strategy process, and take this expertise wherever you go. 

This is followed with 10 hours of 1:1 social media training, customised to your level of knowledge and business needs.

This service is eligible for Regional Business Partner funding.

Your investment:
$3,000 + GST


No more winging it. Let’s go deep into what your business needs to have a bigger impact on social. Our 1:1 Social Media Training sessions are tailored to your level of knowledge, your brand and wider business strategy, whether you need a brush up on skills or have some specific knowledge gaps to fill.

Note - as a prerequisite for this service, businesses need to have a current social media strategy in place. If you require support with strategy, we can assist - jump on board with our ‘Social Media Game Plan’ service first.

This service is eligible for Regional Business Partner funding.

Your investment:
3x hours training (minimum initial session): $450 + GST
6x hours training: $900 + GST
10x hours training: $1,300 + GST

Training sessions are typically two hours in duration.
